Eisenmann, Jacobs win appeal, secure writ of habeas corpus for client

In another win before the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, the firm secured a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. sec. 2254 for its client, who had been convicted of homicide in state court.
