Before joining the firm, Justin spent four years as a law clerk in the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Justin enjoys cross-country skiing, Wisconsin sports, traveling, and hiking with his bernese mountain dog.

- At trial, obtained complete acquittal for client accused of 10 counts of federal accounting and securities crimes.
- Successfully argued criminal appeal in the Seventh Circuit, obtaining a new trial for client convicted of drug conspiracy.
- Won multiple summary judgment awards for clients accused of breach of contract, unfair trade practices, and related claims.
- Secured favorable settlement at mediation for pro bono client alleging sec. 1983 deliberate-indifference claims in federal court.
- Served as law clerk to the Hon. Pamela Pepper (E.D. Wis.) and Hon. William E. Duffin (E.D. Wis.).
